  • Our leaf clip is specifically designed for leaf reflectance measurements. It features an innovative design that provides a streamlined and effective approach for scanning vegetation — including leaves and pine needles — while ensuring that the sample is not harmed. Our unique design puts the integrated light source further away from the sample to minimize heat damage. The leaf clip design features a swivel head that provides a built-in white reference.
  • Our rugged contact probes are designed ergonomically for maximum comfort on those long field campaigns. They feature a quick-release connector to your spectrometer’s fiber optic cable, so you can swap accessories right in the field. These probes are a must-have accessory for reliable data acquisition in the most demanding environments.
  • The Mini Probe offers greater precision with its 3mm spot size for when you need to focus on smaller areas of interest in your sample. Our rugged contact probes are designed ergonomically for maximum comfort on those long field campaigns. They feature a quick-release connector to your spectrometer’s fiber optic cable, so you can swap accessories right in the field. These probes are a must-have accessory for reliable data acquisition in the most demanding environments.
  • The Spectral Evolution ILM-660 is a unique blend between a light source and a probe making it an ideal lab accessory. At 40 watts, this high-intensity light source is perfect for gathering data from very dark samples that benefit from the use of the brightest light. The ILM-660 comes with a removable sapphire window so you can put your sample directly onto the light source. It also comes with a glass petri dish so you can easily and accurately measure loose samples like powder or soil. A quick-release fiber mount allows you to take full advantage of the two 20-watt tungsten-halogen bulbs housed within.

  • The Spectral Evolution ILM-550 Tungsten-Halogen Light Source offers the versatility and intensity needed to ensure the best data. This mighty lamp is the highest intensity standoff light source we offer. It incorporates user-friendly features such as an insulated, heat-resistant handle for easy positioning, and a secure base that easily mounts to a workbench or tripod. The ILM-550 includes 50-watt bulbs for two different lighting modes. When used in conjunction with the screw-on diffuser window, the capsule bulb is ideal for a diffused field of view with minimal hot spots. The high-energy spot bulb with a built-in reflector provides brilliant lighting on one specific 22° spot. These options allow users to optimize the intensity and uniformity of illumination for specific samples.
  • Our custom padded backpack fits all Spectral Evolution portable spectrometers.
  • Spectral Evolution’s Benchtop Probe provides a very stable platform for qualitative and quantitative analysis, repeatable scanning and data collection, and better performance by minimizing errors from stray light. Our Benchtop Probe is the ideal choice for hands-free reflectance measurements. It features an extremely durable window and a built-in 5-Watt tungsten halogen source. Connection is easy with the external SMA-905 port.

  • Spectral Evolution wants our customers to experience consistent scans comfortably when using our spectrometers and spectroradiometers. For this reason, we offer the Pistol Grip Fiber Optic Holder. This Pistol Grip is ergonomically designed for stand-off measurements. Our trigger version of this Pistol Grip features a Picatinny rail to allow the user to mount lasers or scopes for greater accuracy when taking scans. The instrument can be triggered to take a scan with one hand by an external trigger button. The Fiber Optic Cable mounts into the Pistol Grip and locks into place with a quick-release button that unlocks the fiber and pops it out of place for easy removal and switching of accessories in the field. Tripod mountable to allow multi-scan consistency in the field or lab.
  • Get the most accurate scan every time when you use a reflectance standard. Spectral Evolution offers a variety of sizes to meet your field or lab needs. Each panel is made with 99% white Spectralon for superior calibration each time.
  • Spectral Evolution understands each of our customers has a very specific need when taking measurements. To accommodate, we offer lenses to restrict the field of view of the fiber optic cable. The fiber itself offers a 25º cone field of view extending from the tip of the fiber. These lenses are mounted directly to the end of the fiber to restrict the cone to either 1º, 2º, 3º, 4º, 5º, 8º, or 10º.
  • The Rugged Handheld Tablet combines powerful computing with ultimate reliability in the toughest environments. It offers fast processing power along with user-friendly features and design, maximizing your efficiency on long days in the field. This Windows 10 tablet features bluetooth and GPS and includes Spectral Evolution’s DARWin™ Software Package.
  • Ideal for field and lab measurements | 1/4 –20 mount boss Options: • Carbon Fiber Tripod with Pistol Grip Ball Head - To support reference panel & pistol grip • Heavy duty tripod with Pistol Grip Ball Head - To support PSR+
  • Working in the field can be tough on sensitive fiber optic cables. Our custom-made fiber optic cables are in a rugged, yet flexible stainless steel jacket and mated directly to the spectrometer slit utilizing an innovative termination designed to ensure the highest spectral transmission. The precise fit and alignment of the fiber optic cable against the spectrometer slit ensures that the fiber optic can be replaced in minutes right in the field without loss of calibration. Custom fiber lengths available – contact us for details.
