Spectral Evolution wants our customers to experience consistent scans comfortably when using our spectrometers and spectroradiometers. For this reason, we offer the Pistol Grip Fiber Optic Holder. This Pistol Grip is ergonomically designed for stand-off measurements.
Our Triggering version (ACC-040000) of this Pistol Grip, features a Picatinny Rail to allow the user to mount lasers or scopes for greater accuracy when taking scans. The instrument can be triggered to take a scan with one hand by an external trigger button. The Fiber Optic Cable mounts into the Pistol Grip and locks into place with a quick-release button that unlocks the Fiber and pops it out of place for easy removal and switching of accessories in the field.
Our Non-Triggering version (ACC-044000) does not feature the trigger, Picatinny Rail, or quick-release mount.
Both versions are tripod mountable to allow multi-scan consistency in the field or lab.
